Fantasy Themed Baby Nursery and Kids Room

The Fantasy theme is of growing poupularity in children's room decor, and this can extend to the nursery as will, for fantasy can have bright and cheerful colors, perfect for the nursery decor. There are a few artists who's work would do will as nursery decoration that has a fantasy theme.
The art of Trina Schart Hyman has won both Caldecott Honors and Medals for its high quality illustrations. These books are often about dragons or other fantasy based themes and so her books as a display could work well as decoration for a fantasy themed nursery.
Another artist to keep in mind when decorating a fantasy art based nursery is Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood. Certainly not all art in this movement is appropriat for children, but their are many pieces which are wonderful for children. Here are a few of the better works to Consider as decoration for the nursery.
"The Accolade" and "God Speed" by Edmund Leighton are two wonderful pictures of knights, which would go well with a fantasy theme.
Edward Hughes created a painting of fairies on Midsummer Eve which is also a wonderfully birght picture that would work well on the nursery wall.
